Eigenform (“Eigenform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 883 North Bridge Road, Singapore, operates the website www.eigenform.ai (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our Site or otherwise interact with us, and describes your rights regarding that information.

This policy covers the whole of the Site, including sections that we run as separate deployments under the same www.eigenform.ai address.

02Information We Collect

2.1Information You Provide Directly

The Site does not ask you to create an account, and its main pages carry no sign-up or contact form. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you email us at jen@eigenform.ai, or when you complete an enquiry form on one of our project sections. That information may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Company or organization name
• The content of your message or inquiry

2.2Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages

2.3Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site loads the following measurement tools:

• Google Tag Manager, which loads the measurement tags we have configured — currently Google Analytics, which sets cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and sessions
• Vercel Analytics, provided by our hosting provider, which counts page views without setting cookies and without building a cross-site profile of you

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can control or delete them through your browser settings; doing so does not affect your ability to read any part of the Site.

Sections of the Site that we run as separate deployments may set their own cookies and use their own measurement tools.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security concerns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

04How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under obligations to protect your information — currently Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Google (tag management and analytics)
• Business partners, such as our strategic partners for specific projects, only where relevant to a collaboration you are involved in
• Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

05International Data Transfers

Eigenform is based in Singapore. If you access the Site from outside Singapore, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Singapore or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

06Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The rights you have depend on where you are located.

8.1Under the Singapore PDPA

The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 gives you the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
• Request correction of an error or omission in that data
• Withdraw any consent you have given, on reasonable notice

The PDPA does not provide a general right to erasure. Separately from it, we will delete information we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep — see clause 6.

8.2Under the GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

8.3Making a request

Contact us at jen@eigenform.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we cannot meet that deadline we will tell you when to expect a response. There is no charge for a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are in Singapore and are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

09Third-Party Links

The Site links out to third-party websites, including partner sites (such as Nextmaps) and press or research publications (such as arXiv or GitHub). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

10Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
